In opening an account with Victoria NY, LLC., the owner of the Salon and/or the aesthetician will represent the line and adhere to the following rules:
1. The owner of the Salon and/or the aesthetician is committed to using and selling the products exclusively in the place of business indicated herewith. Any changes must be pre-approved by Victoria NY, LLC.
2. The owner of the Salon and/or the aesthetician is committed to observe the proper and complete use of the ELAB FRANCE skin care products.

The owner of the Salon and/or the aesthetician will undertake to guarantee that all members of the personal performing aesthetic treatments and recommending ELAB FRANCE products attend the mandatory training courses: the Fundamental/Basic Program Class and the Advance Program Class, within a 6-month period, on the dates agreed with the Account Manager.
5. The owner of the Salon and/or the aesthetician is committed to making sure the sanitary and hygiene conditions comply with ELAB FRANCE quality standards.
6. The owner of the Salon and/or the aesthetician is committed not to sell ELAB FRANCE products on the internet nor to post suggested retail prices on their website without a prior written approval.
ORDER IN U.S.A.:

Minimum order is $3000.00 (before taxes).
2. Victoria NY, LLC. reserves the right not to ship an order if the buyer exceeds his credit limit and/or does not respect its payment terms.
3. Back-orders (products and/or items) will be automatically cancelled.

2. On orders below $1000.00 (before taxes), shipping fees are as follows:

- *$25.00 for All other United States America (Exception Hawaii and Alaska)
3. Fees of $15.00 will be charged on all C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) orders.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS ( IN U.S.A.):
1. Any claim must be made within 3 days following receipt of the merchandise.
2. Returns on faulty merchandise are accepted only when previously approved with an authorization number.
3. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
4. A 50% fee will be charged for damaged boxes.
5. Due to health regulations, no returns will be accepted or due to a poor stock turnover.
6. In the event of foreclosure of the Salon any return of merchandise will not be permitted, and the owner/aesthetician will have to pay any unpaid balance within 30 days of the date of closure.
